On February 18th, 2025, the EU issued the revised draft of POPs Regulation (EU) 2019/1021, proposing to revise the limits of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs). The draft is currently in the public consultation period, and stakeholders can submit feedback before March 18, 2025.
